CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation policies vary according to the final service provider, so each cancellation will be processed according to each provider’s policies.
We are committed to respecting these policies and making refunds as established by our refund policy, but especially the cancellation policies that each provider manages, according to service, season, and other influencing criteria.
Our cancellation policies are:
- Cancellations received before 5 DAYS from the service date will not have a penalty.
- Cancellations received between 4 DAYS and 48 hours before the arrival date will be penalized with 50% of the service value.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours and No-Shows are penalized with a charge of 100% of the service value.
